Disguise Kit that doesn't disguise.

Have a thief character who was able to once or twice use a Disguise Kit, but now it will not disguise at all. I am still part of the Thief's Guild so I'm not sure what's up. I have tried buying new ones and have same result. Anything helps.

maybe your character is bugged? did you get suspended at all by taking a murder count? i know someone else who had a glitched character that was stuck perma grey.
