-1 screen from one of the top selling vendor houses in the game

Starting Bid - 300k
Reserve - Tower deed
Buyout - 660k
Bidding Increments - 25k
~~ Rules ~~
1. No Private Bids - Only buyout PMs
2. I reserve the right to end the auction early should I feel that a fair offer above the reserve have been received.
3. The auction will end in 4 days. The exact time of the auction end will be announced on the 4th day.

Whats with the sudden "package" deal on house craze atm? It seems that is all their is now in the real estate gig.

It was set as a package to begin with. Notice how it didn't say tell me what house you wanted ect... I just noticed that it wasn't apparently obvious enough so I added package to the title to prevent further mistakes such as the one you made. Edit. Notice if you want that once house that's fine. But plz do not under bid the min bid. Thnx
