Starting at 35k, buyout at small house deed.

Reason is our new guild is moving locations.

If you just want a small house deed for it then you could just re-deed the house then sell the deed at the carp shop

How does one go about doing that?

Go to the sign menu and select "Redeed this house". The deed will appear in your backpack. Go to any carpenter shop and usually when you walk in the door, one of the NPCs will tell you to give it to them for a refund.

thats ok, it will turn it back into a deed that then you can sell back to the NPC, or replace somewhere else.

Just make sure everything is out of the house that you want. Because when you redeed it, everything left inside will fall to the ground
