I have 2 Small Brick Houses south of Britain near the coast, just below the south brit beach.
-Neighbors are quiet and no troubles.
-Misc creature spawns, typical spawns of outskirts of Britainia.
-Approx 6 screens east of Brit moongate/vendors
-Approx 1 screen from coastline
I am willing to sell seperate if interested in just one but figured sell as a package.
Asking for 2 small deeds plus 20K, price based off the location and room to haggle. Buyout is asking price.
