UO Second Age

I've finally moved out of my humble little home!, This awesome location is great for a first house or as a home outside of Trinsic,

It has low spawn with your occasional ratman, animal, or ettin-- but very rarely.

directly to the east is the DCT rune library,,, has any rune you could ever really need.

house is very close to the front gate and trinsic wall, vendors to the south east (gm smith etc) (maybe even would be a good vendor house, i do not know)

finally, it has enough space to fit two small houses side by side! (you and a buddy! ). They fit for sure because i have done it! (currently i have it placed in the middle of the plot)
