As it has been mentioned in this previous report, The Company of the Vigilant, and it's allies have been very active in gathering as much information as possible regarding the foul pestilence that calls itself the Bloodrock Clan, and which has been expanding its reach into formerly peaceful, and law abiding cities.

In our previous incursion into their fort, we uncovered a map with the route they have traced, ending in Vesper, as well as the chest full of heads they have been collecting to summon their deity.

Today, a spy was sent into the fort to gather further intelligence, and provide us with an advantage to prepare ourselves for their inevitable attempt to take over Vesper.

Our findings are detailed below:

After managing to reach the fort's roof unnoticed, our spy waits until a healthy group of URK start to gather. In their blood thirst, their conversation starts to lead into their plans for invading Vesper. The following are snippets from the spy's journal, as well as images from the same URK talking about the fate of Vesper. However, it does not stop there, their plans also include the massive destruction of New Windmere. Unfortunately, as can be seen from the last journal entry, our spy was discovered, and had to make a hasty retreat before being able to uncover more information about their plans.

The full transcript of their conversation follows, both in URK, and, what we believe to be, its closest translation, to our King's language:

By checking our calendar and lunar phases at the time of the conversation, we have come to determine that their attack will start in less than 6 earth days. This means, Sunday will be the day of days. The night of nights. The moment humanity must fight together, side by side, for our own survival. If Vesper falls, what hope is there for the rest of the world?

We are making a huge mistake if we allow these vile creatures to sweet talk us into letting our guard down. If they trump Vesper, they will move on like locusts and consume another city.

Also, let's not forget about this: URKs as they are, are already a formidable adveresary, but if that chest is to summon their supreme being, and they accomplish it, might as well loose all hope.

Do not take this information lightly.

On Sunday, every able bodied human should bear arms, and fight for Vesper!!

I apologize for the delay in my reaction to the ongoing URK war. Unfortunately, the messengers can only travel so fast. I am still traveling, dealing with issues outside of our realm. Despite my unavailability, I can assure you that you have the full support of the Britannian Police Department in your quest to rid our cities of this filth.

I hope to be able to return before this battle happens, but should I not make it in time, I expect the BPD Ranking Officers to work with C^V in organizing a plan to defend Vesper and New Windemere in my absence.

When I read this, I totally had the imperial officers voice in my head from when he says 'you rebel scum'.

I will be calling a short-notice Guild Meeting shortly to discuss attendance and defense planning.
If there is to be a concerted effort by us all, we must have a leadership conference soon, so a proper defense plan can be mustered.
