UO Second Age

Selling keep on grass. This keep is a bit of walk north of the Urk fort. It has an ocean view out back and you can probably fish from the back tower thing. There is no spawn unless you drag a rat man or harpy from the woods. Very quiet spot.

I am asking 1.2 million for this keep. If you have any questions let me know.
