WOW.
I offered Tabius two tower deeds for this back when he owned it. He declined.
Three small deeds is a steal. By the way, pm me if you want a tip on how to accumulate stable slots with your new small house.

I already have a Minoc stable house that is better then the Skara one hehehe.
