I have yet to hear back from meddler in regards to winning this transaction. If I have yet to hear back from him by Monday, then I shall consider it a withdraw and offer this home to jamison.

Meddler has failed to respond in a reasonable time. Jamison is next in line and I haved reached out thru PM. Moving forward with Jamison.
