How to buy a large house?

I want to buy a house…

I was on Atlantic back in the day. I play more than socialize and I do not read the forums much at all. I saved up and I have a few small houses placed here and there and now I want a bigger house. I have two problems. I have no idea about all the shard specific lingo here concerning housing! :)

Is there a guide to house buying? Or some good advice? You pay with house deeds? So a 2 story deed and a small deed would be the price of the house plus 43k?

Who is a good broker? I trust people with 20k for a mount because I can afford to get ripped for 20k but 200k is all together different…

I have three smalls in Yew. Are they worth anything? One is just north of the bank on the water.

Help? Tips? Full explanation of UOSA housing?

Hello there.

If you are looking for a 2-story house in the middle of nowhere, let me know, I have one placed that I would sell cheap.

Yes, when someone says "deed+small" it means a deed for the same type of house, plus a deed for a small house. Since there are no bank checks in this era, the easiest way of transfering large amounts of money is with deeds.

Also, brokers I'd trust: Atraxi, Telamon, Kith, Darkwing, Arsen, Blackfoot, Guardian Knight, Sexy Smithy and Lightshade.

I can personally vouch for both Glenco and Telamon. I've bought several houses from the pair.
