Several Ideas

Since membership appears to me picking up, I brainstormed some ways we could make our time together more rewarding. If everyone else approves of one or some, we should pass it on to Breadman to think about while he AFKs.
1. Training Nights. Those who do not need training provide it. This could be EQ'ing and healing services to raise, for example, the guild's resist across the board. Formations and tactics drilling. End the night with some competition for guild funded prizes. Newbie friendly event.
2. Megaloot Nights. If we have a strong force, take over one or two dungeons and farm it to death, killing reds to boot. Half the gold gets split, the other half goes to guild treasury. Newbie friendly event.
3. Red Hunts. Bouncing hotspot to hotspot looking for reds. Not a Newbie friendly event.
4. Akari teasing night is every night.
