Hey,
I am looking to buy a large house, any types will be considered. I am particularly interested in locations that have mountains and forests nearby, as my trade is chopping woods and mining ore. Since I'm also into house decorating, I value house spots that have no obstacles that block the view even a tiny bit, so preferably a house with a little yard space. I can also consider buying a few small houses for the spot. Other important factors are spawn rate (prefer relatively low) and proximity to cities.
Depending on the spot, I can pay up to 350k for such a house. I understand it's nowhere near the prices of prime vendor spots, but if you have anything described above to offer, let me know and we can discuss the price.
