UO Second Age

im logging on wit my one char an wen it says entering britania the page minimises and wont open, i try right clicking it but says upen uo client, when i click that says a version is already running, pin to task bar, and close page, i log in with another char an it works fine an the cahr i want to play with is standing there in my house but i cant open the page to play with him, any suggestions?

Check the In Game Bug Reports & the Server & Client Support section of the forums. Do a search for game window.
I sounds like your game window for that char has somehow moved off screen.
I've had that happen to my Razor window. Since I've never had the same problem as you, I'd say searching the forums is a good start.

It sounds like your window might have gotten stuck in the minimized mode. The easiest way to fix that, at least on Windows XP, is to select the window, and hit Alt+Enter. This will put the UO window into full screen mode. Then, hit Alt+Enter again and it should exit full screen mode with your screen now maximized properly.

It's probably offscreen, Alt-Enter et al. never seems to work for me. The above link does.

ok i hit alt + ent, that seems to bring up a black square on my screen which im guessing is the page im looking for as its about the same size as the page that normally opens, but it keeps saying ultima online slient is not working, no matter how many times i try it keeps saying not working,

i clicked on the link u provided matron, it is not possible for me to try what they are suggesting as when i right click on the uo item on the taskbar it doesnt say move or anything, it jus says UO client,Pin to task bar, and close window,

im not sure if this is because of the computer i have or what but if u have any other suggestions they would be most appreciated

this sucks my house is going to fall an im going to lose my pure man

Take a screenshot of what it looks like when you start UO and post it here. List your operating system and uo client number (if you can read it, otherwise tell us where you got it).

As a last ditch effort to save your house and mare you could uninstall and re-install both razor and the client. I'm not saying re-download it just a complete re-install. Should be less painful than losing your stuff. Hopefully the game window will appear in it's correct place then.

In Win 7 you have to right click on the small window that pops up from the taskbar to get the "move" option. If you have a house that is going to decay due to this issue, please contact a staffmember in IRC.

Right-click on the taskbar and select Cascade Windows

This just happened to me - searched the forum, found this - Alt Enter did the trick.
