I think it is 7 real world days from time of last refresh for all house types. Just out a table blockade and friend some people to refresh for you. If you don't know anyone on the shard I would happily do it.

From last refresh to decaying is 14 days (give or take a few hours) no matter the house type.
House and Boat decay is 14 days if not refreshed.

(Related to that^ I think boat decay is actually less time than houses on UOSA but have never tested one to decay. They seem to advance through earlier decay stages faster than houses do though).

Its true, 14 days it is.

http://wiki.uosecondage.com/House

"Houses must be refreshed within 14 days and they will decay if you fail to visit your house in this time. Some players like to wait at these houses labeled as IDOC (in danger of collapse) because when it falls, everything in the house will be freely lootable to all.

There are a number of stages a house goes through before it decays, which can be viewed by clicking the house sign.

Selling runebook with 4 houses that are going to be IDOCs soon, starting bid is Derrick's red robes (always had my eye on those). Buyout will be a red bunchie with the hammer and sickle logo tattooed/branded onto its chest. :D

Selling runebook to Jill Stihl, Matty has agreed to broker the deal for free (what a nice guy). Bunchie will be transferred to him, I will give him the runebook back and he will transfer the bunchie to me and give the book to Jill.
