REPORTED ISSUE: Karma loss killing red NPC archers

ISSUE DETAILS: When you go to the Trapper's Huts, there are 2 red NPCs. One of them is an archer and is outside the huts and the other is a healer who is inside the eastern most hut. As you enter the area, the archer will attack you but the healer won't. When you kill the archer, you will get the system message "You have lost a lot of karma". When you go into the hut and attack and kill the healer, you will get the message "You have gained a lot of karma".

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS:

STEPS TO RECREATE: Go to the Trapper's Huts at latitude 93 25 N/longitude 141 36E east of Vesper and kill the 2 red NPCs there.

EXPECTED RESULTS: You will lose karma by killing the archer and gain it by killing the healer.

It is also worth noting that dragons do not auto aggro the red healer npc as they should.
