Closed shops

So, when did shops start closin' during "server war"? I've looked through patch notes, but couldn't find the patch. Perhaps it never was changed, but I remember havin' the issue of shops not being closed when plannin' something with DarkRadiance for the Vesper Inn Casino. Anyone care to enlighten me? And was this by chance a proper T2A mechanic?

Not Era Accurate
But I guess this allows things like lotterys to work, and prevents people from buying trammel gear only for server war when there is no risk or money loss. So I am all for it.

if matron is right and this is NEA, then i am all against it.
you can't have people cut bandaids one at a time and then introduce such trammel so that people can convientently run lotteries and pvpers can't buy 15 minutes penlargments...
imo.

There was a daily server restart and a server war for each shard.
