Selling a really really nice brick house to the north east of Vesper.

It is close by to the Sacrifice shrine.

There is NO SPAWN of monsters. There is only animals such as bears, goats, etc. It is a really really nice spot.

Right next to the ocean for anyone who has a fisherman.

I should also point out that this house can be replaced with a place or 2-story. I tested both.

Happy to use Kith or Kelektra as broker otherwise purchaser must provide payment first.

Opening bid: Deed+20k
Buyout: Will consider a buyout if requested.
