Hi folks,

Offering for sale a house on Barrier Island in Trinsic. The house is holding two small house spots, so you could easily move it across a bit and place a second if you wished to do so.



I'd like to hear offers starting at deed + 20k, this is a great spot for training new characters or collecting leather, or just for the quiet life just outside town. Mongbat and headless spawn, very occasional ratman and gypsy camp. Guardzone runs down the side of the stone house behind.

Best offer by three days from the time of this post wins. I'm happy with Telemon as broker (at your arrangement) or winner pays me then I transfer.

Important - If the owner of the other Barrier Island homes gets in touch with me they can have the house for deed price and this will over ride all other offers. This is on condition that they are still running it as newbie housing and can demonstrate ownership of the other houses (friend me or change house sign etc). My apologies to others for adding this condition but I do feel it's the right course of action for this particular location.

hey jill, i will use this 4 newbies i have no desire for it for myself
if you want to give it to me for deed i can guarantee that i will sell it to the other barrier island person if they come around for the same, and if not i will do similar setup to the windy bay new player lodging

That was the NEW guild house. I'll talk to joueur to see if he's interested in buying this back.

I didn't set a buyout and don't have one - For fairness the auction will run as posted in the OP.

Dren, your first post was only a price offer when I first saw it, I wasn't ignoring the text - As above the auction will run as posted. If the island is to be split it's to be split, in that circumstance I might as well make some money

As for the Barrier Island owner, at the time of this post I've heard nothing from them.
