I agree. And I just found some documentation that supports it's implementation.

The following new houses have been introduced to production shards and are available from NPC architects: Small Stone Workshop, Small Marble Workshop, Small Stone Tower, Sandstone House with Patio, Two-Story Log Cabin, Two-Story Villa and Marble House with Patio.

I don't know really. In light of all the past changes on the server, I think we should put all house types into the game, require a little silver (along with the gold) to make the purchase, and then promptly remove them, grandfathering only the houses that stand. Of course deeds that were not placed will be rendered useless, naturally.

Therefore, this new patch will introduce bank checks and each player will receive the sum of 5 million gold to spend and help stimulate the economy. Earlier this morning a group of men and a hot asian girl dropped by OSI headquarters shouting "I R NEW GLD PLS". We had no choice but to implement what was written in the last paragraph. Have at it!
