I have a few properties i want to sell, I will take bids, there is no set price on any of these.
#1 Is a Tower in the bog north of Trinsic. There are 3 castles next to it. It may be moved a few squares in any direction to fit the owners needs. It can be moved to gain access to these castle courtyards, or EV the rooftops. Spawn is mostly lizard men and Slimes (most i have seen is 4 creatures at once). I will start the price of this tower at Deed +10k
#2 is a Large Brick house in the Bog of Desolation by Britain. A tower may fit in this location (havn't actually tested it, don't have the funds for a tower deed) I will consider anything over a large brick deed for this house.
#3 Is a 2 story very close to the first tower shown. Its right next to the castle directly south of the tower. Although, it may seem like its in the bog, it is not. The grass at the entrance negates all spawn. I have yet to see any monster spawn anywhere near the door of this House. Starting price for this is Deed +20k
