Close to town!!
Very Private Smithy.
No other neighbors forever in all directions.

What makes this house unique??
Red Camp Spawn inside the house (actually under the house)
They are unable to move from spawn location.
GREAT for sparring/training!!!!

Auction starts: Deed +25k
Buyout: Deed +2smalls
House can be replaced with Large Brick or 2 story (with 2story the Reds are outside the house)
Auction ends: 48 hours after current high bid
