Brit Vendor House up for bids...(SOLD)

~~ Rules ~~
1. No PM bids, All bids must be public.
2. Pm Buyout offers are allowed.
3. Once the reserve is met the house will be sold.
4. No Auction extensions. It ends when it ends.
5. I reserve the right to end the auction early should I feel a fair bid (less than the buyout, more than the reserve) has been made. So don't wait till the last moment to bid.
Start.. Deed + small
Reserve: Brick deed
Buyout: 2 stry deed
