i keep try9ing to open irc chat but keeps saying error 2309 or sumin like that, anyone got a clue how to help me please? thank you

IRC is working from here I just opened the window and connected fine, so it seems to be your end. Beyond that I have nothing, sorry.

After googling for 10 seconds I found out that it's probably your firewall blocking port 6667.

well seeing as your such a computer wizz and im not how do i allow my firewall to accept the irc, if u can spare another 10 seconds populas
