Auctioning off this lovely 2 story near Minoc. Perfect for beginner to medium level players due to extremely light forest spawn and proximity to the huge eastern mines for ingots and an endless supply of trees for collecting boards.
Notice it is only the third house from town!
Easily accomodates a boat for those who enjoy fishing.
Starting Bid: Deed + 10k (Minimum 5k increment bidding please)
Will run until bidding slows down or until I get the right offer.
It is extremely unlikely but I may refuse the sale to anyone if I don't like the cut of their jib!
