Looking for Arrow vendor

Looking for a frequently stocked arrow and bolt vendor as for the the couple I know of are always out of stock

The Yew Gate Shop has a new arrow vendor. Currently stocked with over 7k arrows. First house to the right of yew gate. Vendor is named Miner.
