For sale is a small house northwest of Yew gate. I bought it a few months ago with intentions of making it a vendor but have been too busy. As shown in the pics, it is in a highly trafficked area one screen away from the gate.

Bidding starts at 2 x small deed. Private bids and buyout offers welcome. Anonymity and confidentiality will be respected if that is desired. Trusted broker to be used if buyer does not desire to pay before transfer.

Auction length will be determined by the amount of interest but I promise it not to be one of those ones that drags on and on. Thanks.
