Keep is located along the western border of Turtle Bay. Not really much else to say about this one, on grass with minimal spawn. Plenty of trees for lumberjacking, if you've got that kind of patience..

Your neighbors are Arsen (north keep), Me (castle east), and Jorgen (castle south), who only logs into refresh.

I do not have stairs built to the roof, and I also do not have any of the 3 courtyards/wells marked.

A keep is the largest house that will fit on this plot.

Btw, if you want to give it to me I can set it up and start running auctions and events out of it :-p

Though I think the front entrance is a little sloppy and another location would be better.

So what was the purpose of your post, to say that you want my keep but you won't pay the asking price for it?

That's fine, I sold the one directly above it for the same price in under 24 hours.

Now if you change your mind later and want it, it will cost you 1.3.

Actually, it was to give you a free bump whilst using more than 2 letters and not being so obvious :-p Short of being paid to take the keep, I have zero interest in it.
