...TOWER DEED + SMALL DEED TAKES THIS...

This tower is a few screens away from the entrance to Hythloth.

You can fish from the East wing.

You can mine 1-2 squares of the mountain from the West wing (but you have to build foolstool stairs to onto the ledge).

There is a small alligator spawn in the area.

There does not appear to be any active neighbours.

I will consider any offer/bid above the price of a tower deed.

Mens will probably think I'm trolling him here, but I am not. The buyer should know that the spawn here is by no means limited to alligators. I used to own this spot, and all the houses around it, for over a year. Giant serpents and Silver serpents spawn regularly. (Giants far more often than Silvers)

That should not detract from the value of the property one bit (except to maybe a newb, who wouldn't be able to afford a tower anyways). It's a great spot - very quiet. Recall in and immediately hide on the porch - you will almost never get aggro-ed. If you do, just run around the tower, they're likely to get hung up on a corner. It is even safer if you line both sides of the porch with add-ons like small forges or ballot boxes, as a serpent barricade.

Another trick I found was to tame something, or buy a chicken at the stables, and leave the animal in your house. Any nasties will aggro on them, leaving you safe to recall in and casually enter your home.

Yeah fire island is tricky about 1/100 times I'll recall and a silver serpent almost instantly attacks but as mentioned above doing a quick lap around usually does the trick. Its a dangerous place but sharing an island with a dragon and some daemons sure is a fun concept

FYI - Hans messaged me and gave me the opportunity to reply to his allegations of monster spawn. He did not post my reply.

The serpants actually spawn south of the tower. They do not spawn directly around the tower. You can access the mine, Hythloth and the tower without them even attacking you. The alligators seem to spawn a little closer.

Don't be discouraged by Hans. I have seen him luring the serpants closer to the tower.

I did not post your pm reply because it was full of profanity and phallic references. I deny your allegations of griefing you or this tower spot. You want to make this into a forum war, take it to trash talk, where it belongs.
My only concern was full disclosure of the truth about this area's spawn. The result? You got more bids. People like honesty.

Updating on this has been kinda weak. Gonna just retract my bid as well. Ty though.
