Starting Bid: 3 castle deeds

The castle is located in Turtle Bay, along the east coast shore, directly beneath the dueling docks. You can almost see enough of the dueling arena from the east wall to be a spectator.. I have never seen anybody recall to the courtyard other than those in my guild & Telamon. Your neighbors are all vacant housing (mine) and Tj to the west in his trammel castle.
Spawn is very minimal, worst case scenario is an angry troll or two wandering nearby.
I am mainly interested only in gold, but I will accept silver @ 8k/per. I am also looking for a prepatched tribal mask. Any other reasonable offers feel free to post. The castle comes completely empty, and there are no stairs to the roof/turrets.
