I'm looking for a good runebook library.. I stopped by the Shadowmire one, but are there any others?

There is a good one north of Brit Moon, a screen or two away.

Quite convenient.

There is a good one on the road just North of Vesper. All towns, every level of dungeons, NPC shops, shrines, t2a entrances, and there is another library up there for all the treasure map locations.
