I have not ran across any player run lottery vendors on this shard. Someone with a good reputation should consider making a lottery and a grand prize as a rare. I just always loved the idea of lottery and they are killer money and you can still give out all kinds of good stuff. Make a certain % chance of break-even just like scratch-off tickets.

Veteran players and newer players ( hoping to hit big) would be interested.

I am only posting this because I do not and will not in the near future have the money to run such a thing.

There have been successful gamble vendors and locations here on UOSA, its just a matter of risk versus reward. Ex: if a black dye tub was worth 150k, throw it in a locked chest along with 39 other chests at 5k each.

I guarantee there are people here who would buy more than one chest for a chance to win a tub.

last time i checked (which was more than 6 months ago), vendors won't sell to you after last save. they say something about "shop is closed".
