cA Department of Property Management and Venue Rentals

With the disappearance of several guilds who were granted add ons (save mYm, they're semi-active), there are several town add-ons with no one around to manage them. This has been quite a concern for cA, so we have stepped up and claimed them as our own, as well as a few other areas that are common for dueling. The following venues have been claimed by cA:

What does this mean for me?

I'm glad you asked! Several duel-arenas are often hijacked and left a mess by squatters throwing wild parties. cA now keeps these areas as clean as possible & is keeping squatters out.


I'm excited, but I used to use these places for my wild parties! What can I do now?

We are renting these arenas out for a nominal fee of 10k. We will handle cleaning up after your party & won't forcefully evict you during your party.

All you have to do is PM one of our associates the below application & pay the rental fee & you're good to go.

Fine print:
Upon receiving payment & approval from a cA associate, you have 24 hours to cancel your contract. After 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable. Fee protects you from cA members forcefully ejecting you from the venue, but we can make no promises that other members of the community won't take violent action against your party. Should said violence occur & your event need to be moved to another venue, another fine of 10,000 gold pieces will need to be collected to cover the expenses associated with that venue.

I know there will be some that will view this claiming of venues as something negative, but I assure you that your parties will go smoother if you comply with cA law.

These are nice venues. Definitely worth the small fee for a quality party.

In Venue 1 & Venue 2... i see their are some birds.. does this mean that them venues will contain bird droppins? or do you plan to regularly clean the mess they leave up?

Hi chum! Even before I made my recent appearance, I've been regularly readin' up (read trollin') on your (and cA's) Tales of adventure. They made me miss UOSA the most. ;)

does the price include transportation for drunken patrons?

You invite your own guests and provide transportation for them.

But, below are the prices from cA Department of PR:

For 5k a fake chumbucket will come and let you pk him

For 10k Lelouche will make an appearance and make fun of you, then e bolt you once and leave. You are allowed to make a post about how you won and he rage quit.

For 15k Downs will make an appearance and tell you about the rares he's gathered & the time he looted TG's tower

For 25k chumbucket might show up, but he probably won't

For 30k Miller will recall a red toon 1 step into guard zone at the yew bank (alternatively, you can have a nightmare kill him)

For 50k Matron will come and let you wonder if she really is a hot Asian girl (barring she's not consulting with organizations IRL about more efficient ways to grief consumers).

For 200k Pristiq will come school you in a rap battle, if he isnt busy on an internet rap tour

anyone know the due process to get Venue #5 less trammel with the limited spells allowed to be cast inside, and the private access from a house?

From a post it has been far too long to remember where I saw it, mark and woozy said that they modeled it almost exactly after a production shard duel arena but I believe it was out of era. The only way to make it non-Trammel is to completely remake it.
