Uncle Felix quit, so is Sugar Daddy Sandro-"fake one"

I can't handle this abuse anymore. I have been called names like, Fake Sandro, Fakey, Sandro with a side of JUKE, bad hair, even worse sandals, wanna-be REAL SANDRO!
All jokes aside, I am getting up and really moving away from this game. This is my 6th time give or take that I am quitting, but this time I am more than certain it's the real one! Sometimes you never know when you are pking and run into a group of 9 or 10 reds at deciet. You run down the stairs only to lose connection to your client.
Basically, UOSA isn't for me because the pvp it offers. Running around trying to catch someone just isn't for me. In order to kill someone here you have to carry a purple keg that is at least half full. That is why I always prefered the arena setting in Trammel, because that is when you actually get to experience the UOSA pvp because running is mitigated.
By the time you kill a person on the field, you wasted 3k in purple pots, 1.7k in regs, durability on your halbred if it's a nice one. Otherwise, 300 gp to replace the gm one. Finally, 30 minutes of your day waiting for him to stop recalling back and forth or spamming mini heal. You loot about 700 gp of each reg, primarily from the sulf ash because they only used 10 and they had 140 stocked on them. Since you killed them, that means the GH charges are empty, the GH pots are gone, along with stamina, Cure's are still there that might add up to 200 gp. You have a gm hally that is all beat up, but you can sell it for 49 gp. You are still at a loss. So, in order to pvp here, you have to spend time farming, selling silver, or doing something along those lines which isn't fun to make up for the loss. Kegs are the biggest expense.
So, if you are interested in playing this shard for pvp. Make a dexxer, they are the best template. In addition to that, if you want to actually save time and kill someone efficiently. I recommend you get 4 or 5 friends, and gank the hell out of someone so you have a gain when you loot them. Or, just have your friend fight that dude, then run up with flamestrike, it works everytime!
The shard has been out for 3 years? Am I right? Anyways, from what I first experienced here was fun. Then this recent patch with the object delay being relatively high, I just asked one question. What took so long to for the administration to finally duplicate the demo as opposed to looking up patch notes and creating a hybrid t2a as opposed to an actual set timeframe? What I mean by this is, take some things from the demo, take this piece of code from this patch note in 2000, this patch note in 2001, I just don't understand it.
Anyways, I had an empire built with 1.2 mill and I trashed it. I won events and sold silver for 3 months. That is how you play this shard.
I don't want this post to seem like a bashing post, because it isn't. I think the staff alone and the events make this shard the best free shard out there.
