This small house is located right on a small mountain near Minoc and a short sail from the Minoc Mines.
Neighbors are sparse here, and most of the other houses around are also mining houses which have forges on theit porches (makes dragging mass ore or using of packhorses totally unneccessary). The foot traffic is minimal, and the spawn is almost non-existant.
