Selling a house sited right behind the Moonglow Lycaeum buildings.
It's a couple of tiles from guardzone, only 60 tiles from the teleporter into town and 85 tiles from the nearest neighbour.
First deed + 20k can have it.
We may use a broker (that I agree to) at your expense and arrangement, otherwise you pay me then I transfer the house. I'd prefer option two - I have some history of successful house trades searchable on here and wont be pulling the big heist for 20k.
