This is closed. The compassion boat spot and house are no longer for sale.
I am selling the single house spot near compassion shrine, plus one of the 3 boat spots. The single is the closest house to the actual shrine. The boat spot is not the best because monsters can walk on board, so AFK macroing is no good, but you can bock them with a foot stool. Useful spot for training taming, archery, or killing URKS. This is a combo package, but I might separate them for the right price.

You can turn the boat around, but either way eles can walk on at the north end of boat. However, this is fixable by placing a foot stool at the north spot. Only problem is you can't go completely afk because of
griefers. Although I would say that this is the 2nd best boat spot, since most monsters are all east of the shrine and you can kite monsters right up to this spot the fastest and I believe it gathers the most spawn much easier than the other two.
