Its not that I'm trying to lowball and win with bids .. but when people post obo I normaly like to get their thread started with bids that I feel would be a offer I wouldn't be able to pass on .. (if some one offered me a hair deed for 75k at the bank ... I'd probly have to just buy that .. )
