Interest in guild town?

I am skeptical that there is such interest, but I figured I'd throw it out there. Moved to a nice keep recently and finally moved the crap out of my compound that consists of a tower, L shape, and 5 smalls. Blocks off an entire area, and a nice area too. Could expand further if you want. If no interest I'll be re-deeding smalls and selling larger houses individually.

Hit me up here or in IRC (applejack) to discuss more. Will gladly give a tour and tell you everything I know about the area.

Well... had two tire kickers yesterday who both told me they'd think about it. Each of them did compliment the area as being real nice. So perhaps there is some interest in this.
More info: It's an area that nobody will probably ever find you at. It's on the grass, not in the jungle, not in the swamp, not on ice. Little to no spawn in the area, water all around you. I have lived here over a year and it saddens me to let it go but it's time. In that year, I've hardly seen anyone. Most of the houses would be left with some add-ons and some deco in a few of the smalls.

I kicked the tires, but I'm in no position to make a move without others investing with me.
It is a VERY nice spot/collection of homes. If I weren't already embedded where I am, I would consider liquidating to take you up on it.
