Now Deed +5k. I really dont want to hang onto this. Sure you can wander around and find a small spot yourself. You'll be in the boonies with icky spawn. This is a good spot. First come first served.
Selling this small not far from Yew Bank, Yew vendors and Yew Moongate.
Not interested in holding out for some outrageous price. This is a great spot for someone that needs a first home.
It would also make a good base for fishers and for lumberjacks that dont want to deal with heavy spawns.
