FYI: Tinker Trap Damage

A quick test of tinker traps reveals the following results:

3 Explosion Traps made by a GM tinker with lesser explosions

(1) 114 damage

(2) 120+ damage

(3) 120+ damage


3 Explosion Traps made by a GM tinker with greater explosions

All three did 120+ damage


My sample sizes are small but: Lesser explosions are as effective as greaters. They always do enough to kill someone with 100 strength.

And how many murders did it take you to figure out this little pearl of wisdom?

There may be a small difference between lesser and greater but it isn't much. Always been that way.

Aye, with GM tinker I think you're banging up agaist the max damage that a trap can do. The differences would be more noticeable at a lower tinkering skill.
