This is a great mining house located near a secluded cove. Being so close to a mountain, there is minimal to no foot traffic.
Little to no spawn.
SOLD!

Also, for what it's worth, I own the Tower you can see the in the west of the picture.
Foot traffic is somewhat light, but K^A is always rolling around and the reds come through looking for us somewhat regularly.
Regardless, this is a sweet mining spot and I'll be happy to have it if no one out-bids me.

that's usually a good bank spot. Vesper's just been unusually griefer-ish lately. I tried to dispel the gate but he slipped in before I could.
