Need Counters for Razor...I forgot how to do this

I played before and I just came back after a long break. I have Windows 7 and I'm trying to get the reagents/pots to show up on the bar at the top of the UO client. How do I do this?

Right click desktop, select personalize, change window style to anything that isnt aero.

http://wiki.uosecondage.com/Razor use the settings in the botem section (allows you to keep aero on while you do not have a client open)
