This tower would make an amazing spot for a rune library and/or vendors.
Guard zone is about a screen away.
I will be starting bids at deed + 167k which is 600k!
Will be taking bid via forums or IRC, Foxtrot_Alpha in IRC.
Bidding will end 36 hours after the highest bidder.
I will be posting any bids from IRC in the forum for the sake of properly documenting for anybody that may be bidding through the forums.

Granted I didn't see that. What triggered my response was the fact Kander said the bid was private. You see some people don't like publicizing where they live. In your shoes I would have asked Kander if it was ok to cancel his wish to keep the bid private. Perhaps tell him per auction rules the bid will only be valid if you post it. Perhaps you did this.

its alright me and fox are guild mates. I do priv bids just to watch my back and others since some ppl might be like well fuck he is a pirate dont trust him.
