For sale is the 2 story next to Vesper South Bridge, by the 2 Vesper Keeps/Casino/Rune Library, better known as the Thirsty Clam. Iconic house location, just outside of guard zone - makes for a great player run establishment, vendor house or bar.
Comes as is with all items inside. House is public and open to the public.

Run time: approximately 1 week or until I find a suitable buyer.
