How do you create an IRC channel?

I want to set up an IRC channel for a guild... how do I do that?

That will make a new channel, but you don't have all the commands of a normal channel.

If you want a channel with W in it where you can make ops and stuff like that, you have to pm Hollyw00d. He's usually in #secondage. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get ahold of him.

I think there's a way you can do it through some website, but I can't remember the site address, or how to do it.

I find it's easier to pm Hollyw00d. It's how i made the top-secret, uber-secure, C^V Meeting channel.
