UO Second Age

As your all aware the shard took a playerbase hit, DG been one of the biggest guilds on the shard has been effected by this loss greatly.

I am re building the guild to its once former glory but in a more stringent manner, IE im not gonna recruit tom dick and harry just for numbers, we are to still recruit as we have been recently as the players we are now getting are true to DG standards and are also regular players.

We have lost another house and sadly this one was on the shop row, Upgrayedd is now the proud owner. I need to know if any of our newer membors require a house as i will not rebuy another house for it to drop again.

DG is still a strong player based guild (American time zoned) and the add ons wont go to waste for those that may be thinking this.

Is upgrayd willing to sell this house back to DG?
( I know you just said you won't be buying houses just to see em drop however this is on vendor row?)

I would love a first house, do we do any loan now pay as you earn deals? i currently only have 19k in the bank

I will co-own DG members to houses in town if they want or need a house.
