Need help with admin who can clear accounts

Hi, I was wondering if their is a way to delete old accounts or let me have more than 3 in a way. I used to play a long time ago and dong remember any of the passwords or anything like that. I started up a new account and have been playing that fine, but i try to open up a new account and it wont let me. Is their a way my older accounts can be cleared to let me make new ones. Or is their s way to retrieve old accounts if i can try to remember the names of them or emails.
