Brokering Information: Should you not want to use me as a direct sale, Telamon of WL, Upgraydedd of WL or any other well referenced, reputable broker will suffice.

Price: I will start this out at 1.5 mill (sold for 2.3 mil last with people still bidding at end of auction)
Buyout: Available
Private Bids: Accepted (Assuming I am happy with the offer and nobody outbids for 24 hours)
Rules: Bid Increments of small deed or higher
Other: I reserve the right to not sell to any individual for any reason (ex:douchbag) or if I am unhappy with the ending price.
End Date: As a temporary end date I will say "Sunday, April 10th" -- This will change if nobody bids, or if people are still progressivly bidding.

- No neighbors

- No bigger housing fits in this area
- I've already started to undecorate things, however, some decorations will remain.
