Just out of curiosity, what's an insecure keep like? I mean, I know people can have runes to the spaces between the walls, but what can they really do from in there?

Disrupt your macros with earthquake.
I took stat loss and lost a pure mare last night after someone camped my house and obviously spent a while to perfectly time an earthquake with my flamestrike spells (macroing resist). That cost me upwards of 200k alone, so it's important I find a secure keep or castle.
