Kith is the owners name ..Hes a house dealer .. that castle has been list for sell for awhile now ... you can reach him in game at serps bank from time to time ... irc most of the time and in forums .

nope i have already talked to him. he said it isnt his. It is a screen- a screen and a half Northeast of his.
